We just got home from our California trip. Later this week I will at least post the picture of the cow I took during one of our mountain drives. Underneath and unrelated I'll swoon over every oyster I ate, no pictures of the oysters including. I did not do much cooking on our trip; must I admit it was nice to let someone else cook for me?
Upon returning home, I did load up on groceries and the cooking nudge has bruised me. Be patient. Tonight's supper is pan-fried (lightly fried; very, very lightly fried) chicken breasts paired with sweet potatoes and walnuts over arugula. I plan on snapping a few photos and lightly reminiscing my chicken experience, keep your fingers crossed, sometime this week.
And I do have another Daring Bakers' Challenge on my October calendar.
